On March 31, 2026, as part of the events celebrating the 113th anniversary of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, we had the pleasure to assist to the launch of the volume Innovation Management and Design in Business, authored by Associate Professor Robert Bumbac, PhD, Professor Rodica Pamfilie, PhD, Professor Roxana Procopie, PhD, Associate Professor Smaranda Giușcă, PhD, and Associate Professor Maria-Cristina Iorgulescu, PhD. The first four authors are members of our Business Administration Research Center.
The event brought together academics, researchers and business practitioners interested in innovation, management and design in the business environment, providing a valuable platform for the exchange of ideas and perspectives on how organizations can integrate creativity and strategic thinking into their development processes.
The volume represents an important contribution to the literature, addressing highly relevant topics such as open innovation, radical innovation, agile innovation, lean innovation, business model innovation, and design thinking within today’s dynamic economic landscape.
