Director<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Business and Tourism (Bucharest University of Economic Studies), with international background as a visiting scholar and short-term visitor for entrepreneurship experience exchange at leading European universities across the UK, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, and Italy. Passionate about research, teaching and the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems, she is the author\/co-author of numerous scientific publications and actively involved in research projects, training programs for entrepreneurs and initiatives supporting start-ups. At the same time, she coordinates applied academic work, contributing to the transformation of ideas into real, sustainable businesses. Furthermore, she serves as General Secretary of the Editorial Office of Amfiteatru Economic journal and reviewer and member of the editorial board of other scientific journals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
